Terms of Service

By booking a service through this site, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Byron The Producer ("Byron," "we," "us") provides music production services, including mixing, mastering, studio time, beat production, full song production, and consultation. Services are described on the booking page at the time of purchase. You ("client," "you") agree to cooperate in good faith, including providing required files, feedback within a reasonable time, and accurate contact information.

Payment

Prices are listed per service on the booking page. Payment is processed by Stripe; Byron does not see or store your card details. Depending on the service, full payment is due at booking or a 50% deposit is due at booking with the remaining 50% due on delivery of your project.

Turnaround & Revisions

Turnarounds begin once Byron has received all deliverable files and necessary information from you.

File Delivery & Ownership

You retain all rights to your music and any uploaded material. Byron retains the right to use work for his portfolio (non-commercial) unless you request otherwise in writing. Files are delivered through the method you select during booking (Google Drive, WeTransfer, Dropbox, etc.).

Limitations

Byron's total liability for any claim arising out of services booked through this site is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. Byron is not responsible for lost files, hardware failures on your end, or delays caused by factors outside his reasonable control.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The version in effect is the version posted on this page at the time of your booking.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

How we use it

To deliver the service you booked, communicate with you about your project, send booking confirmations and receipts, and maintain our records for tax and accounting purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing purposes.

Retention

We keep booking records as long as required for tax and accounting (generally 7 years in the US). You can request that we delete your contact information at any time, provided no open obligations or legal retention duties apply.

Your requests

To request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it, email bbrownmusic412@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. No refunds.

When you book a service, you're reserving Byron's time and creative work. Because that time can't be recovered or resold after the fact, all payments (including deposits) are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.

What you get instead of refunds

If something goes wrong

Please contact Byron first at bbrownmusic412@gmail.com with your booking reference. Most issues — a file problem, a revision question, a scheduling conflict — can be resolved quickly through the included revisions or a reschedule. Byron responds within 24–48 hours.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting Byron to resolve the issue is a violation of these terms. Byron will contest chargebacks with the documentation retained for each booking (this policy, booking records, delivery records, and communication history).
